To all the droppers,your first focus should be to score 99+ percentile in Jan Attempt because in Jan attempt there is negligible competition...In April attempt its very difficult to increase the percentile....And then after Jan for 5 months you can study dedicatedly for IIT with NIT CSE as backup and then you will definitely get into IIT🔥

Droppers are not only students who get less than 90%ile, many students who get more than 95%ile take a drop to get CS in top colleges or IIT, their are different strategies for both of them. A person getting 95%ile+ does not need to learn anything more, he just needs to do more problem solving. Koi bhi is problem ko highlight hi nahi karta.

This is not true.... My theory is incomplete ( 40-50% complete ) and I got 97.6%ile (80 P 40 C 40M ) So Gonna try for 99.9+ next year

I gave 2.5/10 efforts , i had 17 months to study , with that i only Studied seriously for 4 months averaging 7 hours a day , i did touch 12-13 hours but then i was inconsistent a lot like 1-2 hours dor 3-4 days , so its averaged down to 7 hrs a day

Harsh reality batau ab? 48% pe negative mein marks aate hai. Ya near about 10-15 marks. 96% pe under 100 marks aata hai. Like 75-85 ke range mein marks hoga tumhara. Jiska 99.5+ percentile hota h uska itna marks 70+ har ek subject mein hota hai. And fyi 99.5+ is required for getting into any nit decent + cse/ee/ece. So it's good that you improved but still a long way to go

Bhaiya, my effort was like 3/10, but i still got nearly 120 in the paper. I might consider taking a drop and joining your batch. Mene bhot irresponsibly time waste kiya thha, aur even in the time of exams, i wasn't able to control my self. If i take drop, i will like to improve upon it.
