Respectable Sir, what is the definition of the fluid element (at 30:00), keeping which as the basis, you have derived the linear strain or later on the volumetric strain? Its volume surely you have not assumed constant and nor the mass, so how is it defined?

Variable density flow can also be incompressible flow !! Incompressible flow need not mean density is constant !!
