12:20 for the love of God guys please help. I do not understand the sum. What is it the sum of? He brushes over it because c is only 2 and that makes me not understand the concept behind it. What if it was 4. Please help. I know it's probably super simple but my brain just refuses to process it.

ok I missed one of the numbers in the homework I was comparing it to. So basically it is divided in two parts and the first part of the equation would be the sum of c=0 and c=1 and then the other part would be done once with actual value of c.

P0 in this case is 9% which is less than M/M/1 model. That means pb that server is free is decreased from 11% to 9%. But you are saying the server is free most of the times in this case. how?
