I've watched a lot of physics teachers on youtube, Lewin and Susskind included, both of whom are excellent , as well as many others, and this guy is the best I've found. His ability to lecture from the top of his head, with almost perfect sequence and detail of lessons, is uncanny.

I've not seen anyone at the level of Prof Balakrishnan who could bring any technical subjects to a level where most of us could understand. He makes us love any subject he taught. Wish you a very complete life Sir

@SureshGovindarajan10 жыл бұрын
I don't think the solutions are available. However, if you are stuck you can either ask Prof. Balakrishnan or ask me.
@AlexandreHefren10 жыл бұрын
Thank You Professor. How? By email? And how about your classical field theory course?
@SureshGovindarajan10 жыл бұрын
Yes by email. For my course on CFT, in most cases the solutions are discussed in subsequent lectures. The assignments there are meant to be attempted with varying degrees of success. The lecture then enhances your understanding as you would have played around with the computations.

I usually balk at watching Indian lecturers on KZbin because they are typically dreadful. This guy is one of the few exceptions. He doesn't have the flair of some of the better known lecturers, but he is very clear and precise, and great for someone like me who doesn't want to be distracted by showmanship. BTW - the dreadful ones also appear on this channel. Typically they are the ones who sit and write on a tablet, while giving the impression that they believe they are god's gift to education.

The entitlement you display is extremely distasteful. Go and be bitter elsewhere old man.
@godfreypigott Жыл бұрын
@@rajavignesh8790 Entitlement? Apparently you don't even know what that is. Where have I suggested that I believe I am deserving of special treatment? You know that's what entitlement is, RIGHT? Interesting that you believe "old man" is an insult. If being old is an issue, it seems that YOU are the only one attacking this professor. Funny how *NONE* of the science videos in your playlists contain Indian presenters - you are implicitly agreeing with me. I was *praising* this guy, S4B. Could you seriously not tell that? And your comment was shadow banned, so no one but me gets to see your failed attempt to white knight.
