Dear static pressure & differential pressure are two separate phenomenon in stack which have measured by using pitot tube with the help of a u-tube or incline cum vertical manometer or a digital meter.

Good theoretical information of the practicals. Please take the help of some testing labs for practical aspects. I noted lot of issues. Please withdraw this video. It is not at all up to IIT level.
