I get it, drama sells but don’t burn bridges for the whole world to see. Raven responded and now Hal is getting his words in as well. We’re seeing a snowball effect from this. Hal can’t make a video about leaving and expecting TSM to say nothing… 🤷🏼♂️ the hypocrisy of that is annoying. Let these guys speak to their followers.
@who_doge6 ай бұрын
I kind of lost my respect to Hal cuz of this. I get Evan was out of line when he introduced the drama, but i think Hal took this way too personal. I agree about the passion difference both people have and stuff, but what he alone said was worse than what Evan had said. If you're going down the path where you insult back, keep it at the same level and don't make it worse. This drama is just awful

Did we watch the same video? What did Hal say that was out of line
@who_doge6 ай бұрын
@Uninx1 it just seems like he was attacking evan more than evan did to him. That's why I said that both sides of the drama is in the wrong. Hal was in the wrong for further instigating the drama (and yes I know it was aimed to him as well) while just focusing on the facts rather than emotions. Evan is in the wrong for bringing the drama in the first place as it should've stayed private. I respect Hal as a player, but i no longer support him as a person given his history when it comes to drama that either involved him or didn't involve him.

@@who_dogewhy start the drama tho
@who_doge6 ай бұрын
@Ilovepandas0529 idk. Thats why i said both are at fault. I think the problem with hal is that guy gets into drama sometimes that either involved him or wasn't involved at all. An example is the drama between TSM and Meat. Hal was constantly complaining about Meat landing on TSM and griefing them. Hal was so mad he had to find some kind of dirt on Teq to basically get him canceled, which he did and pretty sure you know the drama about Luxford being gate kept by Teq. I used to like Hal when he didn't get into drama and attack people. Pretty contradictory for Hal to say that he looks at the facts but throwing accusations without substantial proof isn't really factual. I guess viewership and influence does make people have big egos

@@who_doge We all are entitled to our opinions, but they both took shots on the same level. I'm a verlhust fan and i think all of this could have been completely avoided. In the end, this is all for clicks from all sides. Verlhust started it in the podcast. He could've kept it professional and just said his new coach is bringing new fresh ideas and you can't compare Raven with his new coach and that he's excited to work with his new coach. But he made it personally by attacking Raven. He knows Raven and he knew Raven was going to jump on the clicks so quick lol. Verlhust did it for clicks, Raven did it for clicks. Personally, i don't think Hal did it for clicks, realistically he doesn't need them with how popular he is. If hal really wanted clicks he would've shit talked when he was asked why he decided to leave TSM. He even said he didn't want to talk shit about his ex teammates. Verlhust is a really good player, but he's been horrible after champs and now he's making the financial decision to talk crap because he knows drama brings in views.

Had to make the hardest decision of leaving his org, girlfriend left him, the person whom he considered as one of his bro kind of betrayed him. With all the success, money and fame, bro still couldn't be happy. Maybe that's the price you pay for being the best. Also for evan, if you don't want to grind, if you don't have the mentality to take criticism whether it's good or bad, doesn't have the mentality to win each and every game, how are you gonna be the best? Dude had the greatest player and IGL possibly ever to touch the game and also had the possibility to be in the greatest team there's ever been on apex but decided to just throw it all, just because he didn't feel it. And now what are they doing, they don't even know while the player they wanted to leave is just having fun winning with his new team.

Evan is delusional if he thinks they're going to be boys after this... They have NEVER discussed this type of stuff on stream and soon as the teams splitting up here comes the Hal and Raven "critiques"... It was unnecessary...Friends dont do that...Its crazy how Hals "hard to play with" yet when Hals dedication and carrying the team to Big Wins you werent whining..friendship doesnt work that way.
@koltonread88886 ай бұрын
Maybe. I think they'll get past it though honestly. Hal knows he's not easy to play with. That's not news to him. Like Evan said, why would he change when he could just go get two players who can handle it. Nothing that either of them said is really that crazy. It's all just 3rd party speculation though

Their friendship will continue after this. It is not as much of a big deal for them as for the viewers. Still, it is a massive red flag from Verhulst, like if it was my homie I would always have the feeling that he would throw me under the bus for a bit of cash. You cant hangout with me in the morning, lie to my face and later that same day you talk shit about me on stream. Who does that?

Evan is saying that he doesn't want to grind because of hal, which is ridiculous to me. You could say that hal makes it hard for you to play pl or LAN, but hal is never the reason for evan or jordan to not play the game, and at the same time hal is not asking evan to grind WITH him. Think about hal, he knows that his two teammates are not grinding ranked and play the game everyday, but he is still grinding with other people and try to improve himself, so think about the difference of mentalities and passions.
@neos.45876 ай бұрын
Dude if you get paid to play the game you have to grind. You dont have to tell a Haaland, LeBron or any other professional athlete to grind/train. All of them do it without being asked, and the ones who have to get asked are always cut.
