Hal is on the edge imho. He outbursts also unreasonable, but when he calms down he can also realize that he was not right. But it often looks more like a "I have not enough evidence, so i can't judge you" :D

I noticed why imperailhal is the best after a year or 2. His decision making before doing a nything is crazy. He alwaya knows exactly why they die and if they are going to die based off a decision.
