Ye recipe galat hai As for your dough it's supposed to be sticky so please don't add any more flour to it you're also supposed to knead it very well the more sticky the dough is the better the doughnut you are supposed to leave it to rise for at least an hour and when you are cooking it don't turn the donut over until one side of the donuts is nice and brown

Recipe: 1 cup - Luke warm water 1 tbsp - sugar 1 tbsp - yeast ( for 2 cups maida) - 1.5 tbsp for 4 cups) 2 tbsp - Cooking oil/ butter Salt - 1pinch Mix them all. Add 2 cups of All purpose flour Kneed the dough. Keep it for an hour. Make donuts and fry them after half hour.
