You have covered a substantial amount of entitlement culture just about this one individual. The system has checks and balances for every rule to ensure it is being followed but some think they are above the law. Lawmakers and officials who are supposed to keep law and order are the worst violators of laws they make us the common man follow. I won’t name names , the list is too long if I start naming just in Maharashtra I will runout of space but you get the idea.
