Ika Butter Yaki- Squid fried in a Butter Soy Sauce with Garlic

Easy appetizer with only 5 ingredients. Squid fried in a pan with a butter soy garlic sauce. Super easy and comes together in less than 10 minutes. Another use for squid other than fried squid, fried calamari, or some sort of seafood salad.
Ingredients:
1 lb of squid
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 cloves of minced garlic
1 green onion diced
Method
1 Clean squid and cut into .5 inch rings. rinse and pat dry
2 pre heat pan over medium heat
3 add butter to pan until it foams
4 add garlic and cook until fragrant (30 sec-1 min)
5 add squid and cook till almost done (2-3 min)
6 add soy sauce and cook for another min or till the squid is done
7 transfer to serving dish and pour sauce over squid
8 garnish with green onion and serve immediately
