ingredients/ Bahan-Bahan:
6-8pc Fish/ ikan
1/2 tsp tumeric powder/ serbuk kunyit
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste/ pes bwg putih dan halia
1 tbsp corn flour/ tpg jagung
some white pepper/ sedikit lada putih
Salt to taste / garam secukup rasa
2 onion/ bawang merah
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste/ pes bawang putih dan halia
1 tomato
1/2 cup Dried chili paste/ cili giling
2-3 tbsp Sweet soy sauce/ kicap manis
1 tbsp Mushroom oyster sauce or oyster sauce/ Sos tiram cendawan atau sos tiram
1/4 tsp sugar / gula
1/4 cup water/ air
salt to taste/ garam secukup rasa
