I love me my induction stove. If I try to turn on a ringy dude that doesn't have a pot on it, it will beep at me and simply not turn on. Very safe, and perfect if you have one braincell like me...

I've never seen a flat stovetop like that! Where I live stovetops are either flat glass stovetops or open with a big grate over the top like the ones I have.

@Tubeshut Yes, these stoves are pretty oldge. If you see this type of stove in an apartment, you know that it hasn't gotten a brush up in decades. 😅 Or that the owner needed it to be as cheap as humanly possible. I'm almost 30 and even the first stovetop I can remember from my childhood kitchen was glass.

@@mariahmaecastillo4111 Exactly! He is probably using Shoost, the thing Vox found for his ASMR streams. This is also why the camera seems to move a little. I made a clip called "Vox demonstrates how his ASMR lighting works!" a while ago where you can see how that is done :D

Atleast his stove doesn't have the fucking ridges on the plates 🥲 I have them and burned my favourite spatula on it and it has never been the same.
