I hope you enjoy a sneak peek at the first of a few little home updates for our new rental apartment...the balcony was in desperate need of a spruce up and with a few Ikea diy decking tiles, some artificial lawn and ivy trellises it's come up as a super cosy garden setting perfect for a morning coffee, ouppy snuggle or cheeky 5 o'clock wine time!!! See you soon for another apartment update video - now we have the internet sorted and a regular work week production should be heading back to normal!!!

I just love your ability to turn any house into a home. I grew up in mainly rental accommodation with my single mother and brother (21 places by the time I was 18) and she always, always made wherever we were a home - from 3 room farm baches to more traditional family homes. It's a skill I have inherited and one I am very proud of. Can't wait to see what else you do here (the balcony makeover is fab!) and so happy for you guys to be settled again. Awesome job mama!
