For those like me who were wondering how the cabinet hinges/fits, you place the Cabinet face down and slide the cabinet up to touch the inside plastic pieces. Note: they don’t hinge on anything until you screw in the plastic piece and screw on step 21. Hope this helps!

Both can, but if u screw to the wall it's more secure..
