Heidi Sears try the Evernote app! Can upload photos and text, cut and paste etc , excellent... I photographed my fave paper recipes and used them as well. I've got Command strip Velcro x2 on back of my iPad so I just take it out of its case and stick up on the matching strips inside a wall cabinet door, so at eye level for food prep when the door is open

How do you finalize the direction you will go with? Knowing you want an organized space and knowing how to go about it seem to be at opposite ends of the spectrum for me.
