I bought one today, have some mods in mind, hope it works. I am going to frame out the wall so that it is sunk in to the backside drywall. will have to add some 1"x stock on the sides to allow it attach to the cripple studs on the sides. Have to mod the top too. this should give more swing to the door it sits behind, worse case is 1/2" plywood on the back to support the rear drywall in the other room.

Talk a little slower, lower music volume, fully open each drawer…if you have private items, remove before rolling your camera. Kill the ‘um’s….’ If there is a slight vocal pause it is actually ok to be silent. You can be a very good narrator with these minor fixes.
