thank you so much, this helped alot.... only thing is there is no metal bar with ours to go parallel alongside the top of the top drawer...it has a wooden piece instead that goes on the middle section to hold the middle drawer in place.

Would you say you absolutely need the tools or could they be replaced with hand? Some furniture is friendly and you don't need any but I don't think that's the case here

Ive managed to put this together following the manual however i cant seem to get the drawers in they do not slide in smoothly like yours in video they are wonky and gaps in between help!!

Perhaps you reversed the drawer rails. Check the direction of the wheel as in the video

hi. I suggest you remove the other two drawers and see if the drawer is on the rails

Why am I having trouble sliding out the drawer ? I need to move the dresser to another room and when I.try to pull it out, it sounds like the sliding mechanism is breaking and little silver balls are falling out

first pull out the drawers and try to lift them up a bit. if it doesn't work, drop it on its back to see where the problem is from below
