nice, I tested some desk in my local ikea shop, however I didn't found them very stable, if you are in standing position, press with your hands more, it will tilt a bit down

Yes, but bear in mind the tilting will be less when there is some weight on the desk :-) In the IKEA shops, they stand empty

I have a tight spot for my desk. Do you think that the frame can be assembled (with some small modifications if needed) to be shorter and accomodate tabletop less than 140cm? It looks from your video that the frame has possibility for that. What do you think?

I just checked the assembly PDF from IKEA's website and it might be possible. You would need to drill new holes for the bolt in Step 1. Then you could slide the 2 metal pieces inward and still bolt them together. Needless to say I did not test this and it will void your guarantee. But at first glance I think it might work :-) + You'll need a custom tabletop.

@@elymendes9197 Theoretically yes, but you might have to drill extra holes for the bolts to go trough for your size...

I can not remember it being scratched no... And it's touching the ground now, so I can not see it anylonger :-)

Great video! Could you please confirm the lowest height position of the desk? Ikea website shows it as 27 inches at it’s lowest height which I think it’s pretty high for the lowest compared to other Ikea desks. Thanks.

It is about 70cm on it's lowest point, so 27 inch should be about right

That should be possible if you make sure the desktop is properly alligned and you don't drill too deep :-) You will have no warranty offcourse

Hi, thanks for the great video! I recently bought one, I'm in the process of assembling it, all the holes are pre drilled on the table top except there are no holes for the electrical controller! I see in your video you moved the controller to one side to have more space for cable management, and then tightened the screws with a screwdriver! So did your table top have holes? Did you just made holes on the table top with screwdriver or you did it before video with a drill? Thanks a lot for your help!

There were no pre-drilled holes in my Rodulf as well. I just made the holes with the screwdriver or maybe with a broach :-)

I picked it up with an Audi A3 sportback. You can find the dimensions of the boxes on the Ikea website
