I think you should get paid better. It can't be what the tourist gives, but the basic salary should be around 3000-4000 euros/month, plus all pension payments and insurance in case of an accident, and then you could keep the tips yourself. I am sure that many guys sell themselves at different sex clubs or have gay massages. Sad. Japan is still a developing country in this regard. Tourists, take care of them by giving them good compensation. I disapprove of slave labor and the use of force. thank you
