Nice playing Mr. Rudess! One of today's great artists playing iconic synthesizers 🌟
@jamietopolski40192 жыл бұрын
This is the best demo I've seen. I love the brief history of each synth including examples of musicians that used them, the personal anecdotes about your previous encounters with several of the synths, and a quick demo of an iconic sound from each synth. This is informative, entertaining, and inspirational!

As always, Jordan... Amazing musicianship! Blown away by the sounds of this, which brings me back to ye olde days. I’m getting this suite. Thank you👍

As the owner of probably 10 hardware synths from different manufacturers over the years I am impressed with the sound of Syntronik. My only beef is the interface.

Just trying the free version right now... very nice, indeed.

Yeah, stack some different synths in the software for more goodness.

I need to hear this played by an average keyboard player as Jordan Rudess is that good he can make the worst sounding synth sound amazing!

I love string machines but again a weirdly odd collection missing some of the best. Arp Omni 2 is fantastic having the lovely bass reinforcement and mono synth options. and the honher/logan? pfft, I wouldn't swap 10 of them for my Godwin String Concert. And no Crumar Performer?

I play this at 0.5 and 0.25, not just to cop Jordan's licks, but to hear what he's like when he's stoned out of his gourd

@ 9:06 Okay, let's talk about that "organ" sound. I've never heard an organ on JP8 or JP6 sound like this. Where's the over-dirve and leslie sim coming from? @ 9:49. Again, my Juno60 can't produce any sound like this.

Yo! : "The Noir" at about 8:44 I'm hearing Tommy Mars from that Pound for a Brown (Volcano Solo?) he always did kzbin.info/www/bejne/qaO7hq2fg5yrhK8 with Frank Zappa. That is cool. Another great video here, thanks. I had your old instructional DVD (where you go right into sh(r)edding the blues scale?) ; great video/ great approach. Need to get another copy (lost in Hurricane Katrina relocation madness). Also: my old prawg drummer and me used to play those LTE CDs: LTE is the real Prog Sh!t!
