Xenith is not as good as it appears, out team had bought a good amount of the shadows last year and each one of the players didn't like them. It kept leaving cuts on our foreheads and even custom measured they still were loose. Also at the end of the year xenith contacted our head coach and they said they forgot to ship 2 different pads for all the helmets. Hopefully you guys have a better experience with xenith unlike my team.

Usually those pads have to be ordered. Other helmets use air inflation to get a custom fit. Xenith uses the shock bonnet and different pad inserts to get that fit. Air (while easier) has worse impact absorption than the pad material. It's unfortunate your team had that experience, but if it's a whole team having the problem I would look towards the equipment manager.

I would look at the trends starting with the NFL. The schutt brand has been outlawed/banned. The top 3 helmets on the market are Riddell, Xenith and VICIS(very expensive) Correction: my son just informed me the F7 is now allowed. But mainly for skilled positions

Only old Schutt Helmets (just like Riddell and Bike) have been outlawed. Schutt has several 5-star rated helmets as well.
