The plane and it's pilots deserve more respect for being the stop gap and for what it could archive. They did most the dive attack and head on attack but had they used waggon wheel rolling scissors and thatch weave it would had performed better. As Claiere told his pilots, Always go two on one and avoid dogfighting. A plane is no worse than it's strategic use and the skill of the pilots, Even Boulton Paul Defiant was just about to be put in good use when used for mutual protection. I hope the underdogs will have a good long documentary video in the future.
