1.பெண்கள்
குழந்தைகள்;
2.SC/ST உறுப்பினர்கள்
3.தொழில்துறை தொழிலாளர்கள்
4.பேரழிவுகள்...
வன்முறையினால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள்.,
வெள்ளத்தினால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள்.,
வறட்சியினால்-பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள்.,
பூகம்பத்தினால்-பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள்.,
தொழில்துறை பேரழிவு .......ஆகியவற்றால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள்.
5.ஊனமுற்ற நபர்கள்.
6.காவலில் உள்ள நபர்கள் - சிறார் மறுவாழ்வு இல்லம்
7.ஆண்டு வருமானம் ரூ. ரூ. 1 லட்சம் (உச்ச நீதிமன்ற சட்ட சேவைகள் குழுவில் வரம்பு ரூ. 5,00,000/-).

9.மனிதர்கள்-கடத்துவதால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள்

5.Taluk /Mandal Legal Services Committee - தாலுகா / மண்டல் சட்ட சேவைகள் குழு
