Wonderful company. You keep my film cameras happy and fed.

This is marvelous. Pinholes are relatively ease to make, but it is hard to get the best quality. Just saw some sample images from the Titan and I have to confess that I am amazed. You have really done a spectacular job with this camera This is one of the reasons why I am such a big fan of Ilford - your dedication to analogue photography is really uplifting to witness.

Great to see Ilford still going strong, Can still remember the satisfaction of holding a a full box of 10x8 multigrade as a student, took weeks to save for!. Don't get me started on a fresh roll of 120 Pan-F.........

Can I also attach roll film backs like the graflex 6x9?
@Ilfordphoto13 жыл бұрын
@kalkun08 Oops missed this comment. The back fits a standard 5x4 film holder, like Fidelity or Toyo. Unfortunately I've not got Graflex 6x9 to test so you would need to compare the dimensions with a regular film holder. e.g. We tried a polaroid back which was thicker. The only way this would fit would be by adding shims to the film holder clips.

@minimalphotography I'm sorry to hear you perceive our efforts in this way. Producing the HARMAN TiTAN was much more an excercise in showing our continued support towards analogue photography. Each camera is handmade to the highest standards and is supplied with three different products in the box, it is not a high Margin product for HARMAN and is a relatively niche market.

One thing I would like to ask, and pardon if this is a silly question: could one put to use Ilfochrome in the Titsn? Direct positive color in a pinhole does seem ideal. Or is there something about Ilfochrome that makes it not ideal for such use?

It is really a deal breaker for me when the 4x5" film holder is not included. This product should be a produkt that makes people want to do film photo, and then it really does not work that well when you need to look for a film holder.
@Ilfordphoto5 жыл бұрын
Hi Daniel, We purposely didn't include the film holder as the feedback that we received was that many people already owned them. The film holders are available separately.

ILFORD..I love.
@Ilfordphoto12 жыл бұрын
Indeed Ilfochrome can be used in this way. I should point out Ilfochrome is not made by HARMAN but by ILFORD Imaging Switzerland, so you would need to contact them for more information. You can find some interesting Ilfochrome direct capture (although not pinhole) work. Try googling Richard Learoyd.

To much coffee for Sue... you know this would be a neat product if you put a plastic lens in it with some F stops. Kind of a Lomo 4x5... put some quality and value in it and you would not be able to keep up with the demand
