Lindy Hop is an African American dance, which originates from Harlem, New York City. It was danced first in the famous Savoy Ballroom by African American dancers in 1928 and was danced throughout the 1930s and 1940s.

Wow! I love watching dances, This is the first. Time I am watching this style of dancing, I love it and the gentleman in the open teal colour shirt has me mesmerized. I did modern dancing but, this form of dancing looks challenging and fun once you know what you are doing. Good luck everyone.

This was a great event, and I enjoyed it. but being black, I ask the Question, the black dancer and his partner in the end was pushed off in the corner, and at times completely out of the frame, all due to the creators, more of us then it is of you, just be happy we let you dance, what is good for one soul, may not be for another. Pigmentation and its foundation, dancing the night away.. I enjoyed all the dancers..
