Great idea. My teacher used this tactic periodically about 70 years ago. I always enjoyed those sessions and learned to listen as a result. Serves well for aspiring chamber musicians. Again, thanks for sharing your invites. They are well recieved and inciteful.

You are welcome! I have decided to do this kind of content as I know that it is very beneficial to play with others. We listen to the sound, intonation, we observe what others are doing,…so I hope this will be great for you. Did I mention that there will be many more coming?

This is a great idea. I wish something like this was available when I first started learning. Will you be going through the Piatti in order or will you mix in more advanced duets with the earlier easier ones?
@IliaLaporevcellist2 күн бұрын
Good question! Initially, I am thinking to do them in order, but might throw here and there some more advanced duets. Also, Popper Easy Etudes (Op. 76a) will be done in the very near future. Lots of recordings to be done 😅
@Henrik.Yngvesson2 күн бұрын
This is great! Can you also make a version where you make mistakes and play slightly out of tune so we can learn to ignore it and be more comfortable in our self and not rely on your playing? That's the real challenge when playing with others 😜

Merci pour cette magnifique opportunité, mais juste une question svp, 441 pour le La c'est le standard in USA? en italie c'est le 442
@IliaLaporevcellist2 күн бұрын
De rien! Oh, ça depends. Dans les orchestres ou j’ai joué il font le La a 441. C’est pour ça que je suis habitué avec 441. Mais c’est pas un grand difference entre 441 et 442. Bien a vous!
