This meditation makes me feel amazing. The Abraham-Hicks book Ask and it is given pg 186 states when you are in a state of high vibration during meditation you may feel an involuntary movement in your body and it may sway from side to side or forward and backward. With this meditation, I feel that involuntary sway and also my hands may move involuntarily. Today I tried the Chakra meditation following this one and my hands kept swaying involuntarily. That is the state of high vibration, the state of allowing, everything that you have asked for to the creator, The universe, according to the law of attraction, it is given when you are in this state.
