A before trading checklist are usually some notes/actions that you have to perform before taking a trade or before starting to trade. Everyone can do it in his own way! Also, it can be about your routine (for example, exercise, cold shower, etc before trading) OR it could be when actually executing a trade (wait for candle close, trade only at London session, wait for a confirmation, etc).

Reviewing a larger TF for S/R, then coming down to my trading TF and going with the trend, (above or below the 200 MA), waiting for the candle close, lining up the Stochastic RSI, MACD, and BJ TSI, knowing the stop loss and risk before opening the trade. I don't think I can manage a cold shower though 😀. Thank you for your videos and course material. I appreciate you.
