Lol that's why my plan is to simply avoid getting punched in the first place🤣🤣🤣
@SapiaNt0mata4 жыл бұрын
and it works cause most people don't know any self-defense at all. everyone's going for a punch in the face so it's predictable and easy to avoid and defend. how to avoid: lean your upper body to the back to avoid the hit, and as you go forward you counter-attack. duck is another option, and as you go up you do an uppercut punch or elbow. how to defend: most people punch with the right hand, so put your left palm on your left ear and raise your elbow to cover the side of your head and put the right hand in front of you to cover for a frontal punch. if you don't know which hand the opponent will punch, hold both of your ears with your palms and bring both elbows in front of your face. with this, you cover your head for frontal and side hits regardless of what hand you'll get hit. wanna attack someone first? kick them in the stomach with a straight kick. 99% won't dodge/defend this cause they don't know its coming.

@@Vilutusk if he wants to "catch me" why would I come close. Master of marshal arts in most cases is a very calm and mentally composed person who won't attack unless attacked..that's why I always tell my students that when you are training this, you are training your mind 100 times more than your body even though trainings are extremely intense. You will rarely see a black belt holder of 4th Dan or above causing any trouble or attacking...but if you decide to attack you better be ready. Especially because not only we are trained to take down "big strong guys" we are trained to disarm a person (incorporating elements of krav maga karate mau thai). I agree with you about "there is a limit" . Of course there are exceptions to every rule and all of this is very individual. One person's mental and physical strength can't be the same as other persons...we all have different levels of strength power speed etc...also knowing weak spots on "big" people is important to know. Dammit, those "karate" movie clips are kung fu. So disrespectful to the master karateka.

Jet Li uses Wushu in the movie shown... Bi Rain used Ninjutsu and he is a dancer, not a real practitioner of the style. Neither are Kung Fu :) Just saying. Glad you got 11 likes though.

quick story....My school actually got Samuel Ericcson to come to our sports lesson in eighth class and none of us had ever been as tired as we were after, I can now officially say that I have been trained by Samuel Ericcson :) it was still so fun tho.

Some people live life on the easy setting I swear. Even with all the training on earth most people will never reach these levels because they simply don't have the genetics to do so.

You dont have to be big or look big to be strong, its the skills and heart that you have inside that keep you motived to do whatever you can do. Size, weight or Age doesnt matter, its all what you can do from the heart, Your confidence is your biggest strength. Great Footage; I feel after watching this , I need to find some time to get back to my routine exercises and fitness. Shout out to the funny man hosting the show ;)
