I’m still rooting for a Dylan Cozens & Owen Power (huge trade), for Ehlers, Lambert, 1st Rounder (and another 1a/1b) prospect or pick. That will shore up the 2C and 1st D pairing.

Jets won’t trade Fets. They do not trade skill players as skill doesn’t come to Winnipeg via free agency. Especially will Ehlers pending UFA status.

Is the goal to win a cup, or to simply hang on to guys because they're skilled? This front office's priorities are amateurish, at this point. Perfetti has 4 goals in his last 31 games as a second line winger. He disappears far too often. The window to win is now. Helle will not be getting any younger. If the Jets can get a legit top line center and top 4 d, and Perfetti is part of the asking price, they need to do it. Gotta get out of this mindset of what they hope he will become and look at what he is right now.

We are still blaming Namesnikov for second line woes??? I hear him talked about 4th line and I laugh. No one one the third line control the puck as well as him so why toss a valuable 2 way piece to the forth line and no I’m not saying replace Lowry. Vlad can play wing
