This illegal immigration crisis sickens me. It literally makes me physically ill and my stomach knots up every time I think about it. I'm in Oklahoma and there is an ever growing population of illegal immigrants here too. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find rental properties here. The illegal immigrants are quickly filling up rental properties (I don't even know how they are renting places with no proper documentation and identification). One illegal immigrant rents a house or an apartment and then fills it up with 6-8 additional illegal immigrants. Each one of them ends up paying around $200/month in rent. And they drive nicer looking cars than many hard-working legal citizens.

Buy more firearms and create tactical defense plans for possible scenarios. If you live with others, make sure they are trained and do some drills to practice coordinating your tactics. Wear body armor. Make sure you have at least a shotgun, two handguns, and a semi-auto rifle. I recommend a select fire full/semi auto if you can afford it (a pre-1986 manufactured full auto is legal to own).

I'm a school teacher in Southeastern Idaho. We have always had illegal migrants here working in our communities, mostly seasonal workers supporting our huge agricultural industry. For decades, they have been welcomed and accepted into our communities and have embraced our culture. They seemed grateful for the opportunity, and their children worked hard in school and tried their best to fit in. This new mass of migrants is VERY DIFFERENT. Not only are they different, but the entire system of immigration is different, and frankly, it's completely out of control and devastating our communities. A couple of weeks ago I went to the local grocery store and literally every few feet there was a grocery cart being pushed by a non-English-speaking family filling their grocery carts to the brim. It was so packed that I could barely move in any direction. I was shocked to see that many of the shelves were bare- the produce section was almost completely empty-- and this is in a very quiet small town with a normally quiet grocery store. It was like a scene out of an apocalyptic movie- people grabbing things off the shelves and filling their carts to the top; the only difference is that everybody looked very happy to be there competing to get the most stuff. I asked one of the workers there, a young Hispanic man, and he told me he had never seen anything like it. We both just stood there in awe for a moment staring at the masses of people. I went home and told my family that I predicted within a few days we would hear about buses of illegal aliens being dropped off in front of local stores, given money and left to disappear into our communities. We have heard about the buses being dropped off in bigger cities, but none of us could really believe that this was happening in our small town....but I knew what I had seen! Sure enough, just a couple of days ago it was all over social media and people were calling in to the local radio stations, etc. talking about the buses they had seen pulling up and dropping off hundreds of people in front of local stores. People are mad as hell. These are little communities that barely have the resources for the people who already live here. We have observed a measurable decline in everything, from the cleanliness of our streets to the quality of service in businesses- since this border crisis began under Joe biden. It is destroying our way of life from top to bottom, and we feel completely helpless to stop it. As a teacher, I see the devastation in the young people's lives who come here unable to speak English and who are suddenly shoved into my 11th grade English class to try to limp along in frustration with the curriculum. We don't have enough teachers or enough aids to provide the intensive small groups needed to teach these students English, so they are placed into the regular classroom to inevitably fail. They break off into little social groups at school and mimic gang behavior. I can almost understand why they do this; they are in culture shock, and the adults who brought them here don't seem interested in helping them assimilate. I see the huge upheaval it causes to our entire school to suddenly have an additional 20% of students who don't have any desire to become part of our our culture! We don't have the resources for our own students, much less for this huge influx of illegal immigrants! It is not the fault of these young kids; it is their parents who are breaking the law as their first act of entry into our country, and then coming in with their open, expectant hands out demanding everything. They are teaching their children to be victims and leaches off the government, and what do they do in return?? They hate our country, and they openly express that hatred in destructive behavior!! I know this goes without saying, but I'm going to say it anyway: we need to do something about this- WE, AS IN "WE THE PEOPLE"-- before our country is destroyed. How long before citizens stand up in open rebellion against a "government" directed by a president (or should we say by his insane ideological handlers; Joe himself can't find the bathroom, much less direct anyone else) providing the force for the invasion against his own people?? And before anyone calls me a bigot, I am half-Mexican, half German; my father was a Hungarian immigrant to Canada, where I was born, and we later emigrated LEGALLY to the United States. My mother's Mexican family were migrant farm workers who came to this small local community 50 years ago and became model citizens. All of my family members came here LEGALLY and have contributed to this country. I don't want to hear about racism or bigotry; there is a right way and a wrong way to come here, and this is no longer about "immigration." It's about the destruction of the United States of America from the inside out, and something needs to be done about it before it's too late.

Well said, I applaud you! That's exactly IT -- we are literally watching the planned destruction of America! I can sympathize with what you're dealing with because I used to live on the Maryland/D.C. border. When we moved there, streets were very clean, you NEVER saw trash thrown around! Then, a ton of immigrants from Mexico, Venezuela, etc. moved in and the entire city changed radically! MS-13 gang members all around...trash like you wouldn't believe thrown down right in the street or anywhere they cared to, it was heartbreaking! Most of them did not bother to assimilate by learning English or anything. They started putting up Spanish signs in the grocery store, crime shot way up until it was ridiculous. I love everyone and it really hurt when (many, many) of the people would treat US badly, for no reason, snub you, ignore you, turn away from you, even refuse to look at you. It's just heartbreaking to see your town fall like that, words cannot describe! We moved to Montana, thank God, couldn't take it anymore. That is scary about them snatching up the groceries like that, God bless and protect you.

This illegal immigration crisis sickens me. It literally makes me physically ill and my stomach knots up every time I think about it. I'm in Oklahoma and there is an ever growing population of illegal immigrants here too. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find rental properties here. The illegal immigrants are quickly filling up rental properties (I don't even know how they are renting places with no proper documentation and identification). One illegal immigrant rents a house or an apartment and then fills it up with an additional 6-8 more illegal immigrants. Each one of them ends up paying around $200/month in rent. And they drive nicer looking cars than many hard-working legal citizens.

It's not just illegal ones. Immigrants are pouring into our suburb. They have to be getting incentives to be here. The ones next door own all of these furniture stores that are never open. They own several luxury cars yet always seem to be home. Multiple families with children live in that home, trash overflowing into our yard. There are several homes like that now just on this street. All Middle Eastern. My husband is of ME descent too, but a lifelong citizen. If WE did half the stuff that these newcomers do, we'd be in PRISON for LIFE. Why are they here is what I want to know? It's not to take lower-skilled jobs. They either don't work or only work like half the time. It's how they live that gets me. There are at least three full families to each home.
