I’ve been pondering a rather macabre dilemma for the impending zombie apocalypse: Should I eat my cat, or let my cat eat me? On the surface, consuming her might seem like the better option, but realistically, it would only keep me alive for a few meager days. On the other hand, I suspect she could feast on me for a solid week or two-as long as she doesn’t get wasteful or develop any eccentricities about savoring my internal organs and, of course, my delicious, squishy brains. Still, I’m fairly confident she’d manage just fine; she’s the least finicky eater I’ve ever had, and I’ve had my share of cats since I was four. Case in point: This is the cat who once chugged an entire glass of Java Monster. Just as I was preparing for an emergency vet visit, she casually puked it all up and went right back to playing. She’s also eaten an entire roll of Scotch tape-couldn’t quite bring up the last few feet, so I had the distinct pleasure of pulling it out like some sort of cursed magician’s trick. In all honesty, the biggest obstacle to eating her would be emotional attachment, not culinary concerns.

Anybody trying to use the anarchist cookbook for anything other than ideas/entertainment/buttwipe isn't gonna make it long... Some of the mechanical stuff can be diddled with to make it work, but when it comes to the boom-stuff and "lab instructions", forget it... If any of the "recipes" were ever real, they've long since been deliberately corrupted into being useless/sewer-slide-al to actually attempt - steps have been omitted/added, ingredients have been altered to deliberately sabotage the reaction (by making it go "runaway", or to keep the reaction that's actually desired from occurring at all, or, in several cases, to cause "side-reactions" that will produce severely toxic and/or - let's say "highly exothermic and rapidly expanding" reactions) procedures that would normally be (reasonably) non-hazardous have been altered to cause either self-deletion or just plain failure... In short, read it for entertainment if you like, but unless you *REALLY* - as in "professional level organic chemistry or better" - know what you're doing, and how to correct the intentionally wrong steps/materials/etc, you're crazy to even CONSIDER a real-life application of the contents.

I got a copy of the Anarchist Cook Book back in the mid 70's--my little brother confiscated it several years later when he became a cop and I was deployed overseas, and he promptly destroyed it. A few years ago I bought a copy off AMAZON and it is DUMBED DOWN significantly. Formulas have been changed, recipes and methods have been totally deleted, ingredient lists have been edited (contents removed) so it really is nothing but a shadow of what it used to be and fundamentally useless.

I didn't know stun Guns were illegal in NY. Went on vacation and went to Ellis Island....I was detained and questioned like I was a criminal. They did several checks on me and kept it before I was released. Not a fun experience since I was watched my entire time. I just wanted protection ..almost ended up on Rikers Island instead of Ellis Island 😮.

@frankr.6305 I was scared to death. He keep asking if I was a murderer or a terrorist..and I'm thinking with a hot pink stun gun????? He had tears flowing from this hard core chick...I kept telling him I had a knife in my bag too but all he wanted was the stun gun. They had already taken my hubs 2" locking blade knife a day mine was 4".

NYS is ridiculously restrictive, NYC is even worse. A weight on the end of a rope or chain is an illegal "slungshot"! There's court precedent that a guy went to jail for having a keychain-sized braid with a marble in a monkey-fist knot. Never heard of the term, never used his to hurt or threaten anybody. In NYC, carrying any knife with any part of it visible, even a pocket clip, is illegal. SCOTUS said they couldn't call the whole island of Manhattan a "sensitive location" where citizens can't carry even WITH a CC license, so they created so many small ones that it's neigh impossible to avoid going through one. IANAL

@burgerforcongress1001 here in the mountains of ole Virginia everyone carries a knife. You never know what you may need to cut..rope, cut open an Amazon package..whatever. never thought about it. Heck when I was in high school guys w Had riffles in the pickup back window. They were smart enough to know how to safety use a firearm and it wasn't on humans. We have a lot of bears and many were hunters.

Lock picking picks are legal in my state but you can't carry or transport. My state classified lock picks as burglary tools. Same goes for long crow bars and bolt cutters. I carried a 36 inch crow bar in my car and law enforcement claimed it was a burglary tool but I was in the service and in uniform. I drove back roads to get to the unit and explained that I time to time come upon car accidents and have used it to extract people. A side note I also had a one million lumen flood light to locate people throw from their vehicle a night
