Wants to modernize analytics in the organization, he's watching all the playoff games and ready to take pieces from things the other best teams are doing, knows the special teams need to be way better (Lauer out and looking at new candidates), 55/81 and others need to continue to evolve defensive game at 5-on-5. Players acknowledging the next level of the other teams still playing in terms of compete and level of play during the postseason. Lots of good indicators.

Such a Winnipeg thing to do They are loyal to a fault Chevy should have been fired a 5 years ago. It’s Chipman. He’s too loyal and kind in a cut-throat business of winning
