I had read that this song about a last ditch effort to save a failing relationship. Singer reminds her partner of the good times but also brings up the mistakes they both made. So now she’s just trying to love him through all the hurt inflicted (lonely) This song couldn’t have hit me harder than any of Illeniums songs. I’m currently going through this same shit with my relationship. Idk what to do to make it right but to love him. Illenium thank you for your music. It is still helping me get through life as we speak.
