In 2002 for one poistion of Java developer a company was getting only 20 - 25 resumes. In 2012 for one poistion of Java developer a company was getting only 40 - 45 resumes. In 2022 for one poistion of Java developer a company was getting only 400 - 500 resumes. In 2025 for one poistion of Java developer the company will get about 1000 - 1500 resumes. Supply is excessive but demand is very less .......................... This roadside business makes lots of sense. They can atleast make 1 - 1.25 L per month as profit without paying any tax.

Nothing wrong. I really appreciate their zeal and hard work. But, my worry is, what avocation should our less-qualified ( 3rd pass, 5th pass etc) brothers and sisters follow. If Governments ( both at the Centre and the States) will not create jobs for qualified guys, the day is not far off when we will have the pleasure of seeing Post-Graduates and Ph.Ds hawking Samosas in lanes and bylanes of Metropolitan Cities. Sometimes, I doubt the curriculum and the quality of education imparted by umpteen number of colleges mushroomed all over the cities.
