Do you often fall on your butt mid stream? There is a tremendous need for truck stops. I saw a recent news story about trucks being stopped on both the on and off ramps stretching to the very ends. There have been several fatal accidents where drivers that aren't paying attention have run into the back of them. If the government controls your time, they need to provide facilities. It is very rare for them to leave them open. That’s a plus for all the drivers. IDK if you’ve tried this for Opie..but I take the wet food put some in a plastic bowl with some water and microwave it for about a minute. Then mix it up and pour it over the dry food. It’s my easier than just trying to mix it with the dry kibble plus my 2 Dobermans seem to like it better warm. Kinda like a nice warm cheeseburger 🍔 😂🤷‍♂️

I am not entirely opposed to some of the low fat chocolate milk. Some of the brands of whole milk are so thick its like drinking a milkshake. But you're talking to a guy who used to buy a half gallon and have more than half of it gone before I even got out of the gas station parking lot.

Why did Illinois leave the truck portion of the rest area open? My guess is because of the Greyhound crash recently near Highland IL on I-70. I'll keep my opinions to myself beyond this comment, but I really don't want to.

My vet has me feed my gsdxlab boiled chicken, carrots or pumpkin and rice. He loves it when carrots cook with chicken then use broth on rice. I like it too, which makes it more attractive to him.

I don't understand why they even close the rest areas down. They spent a lot of money years ago to build them. There's not a huge amount of maintenance to them. In a new world of trucks with Elogs, every available parking spot for a big rig is very much needed. Have a great day Kurt catch you on the next one.

In rural areas sometimes rest area restrooms are closed by vandalism or trouble with septic systems. We had one in Co. that was closed for a couple of years from trouble with leach field.

Kurt I run down to Florida from Maryland and there was 9 rest area closed up through several states no parking and don't think your gonna park on an exit they will give you a big Ole ticket . I run the mid west and they do try to give us parking .keep up the good work on your channel. I ran reefers for years and I’d go with Thermo King. They are quieter. Found the Carriers to be noisy. They cool down faster, but man do they make a lot of noise.
