Gov. Prizker need's to become better inform on the buses coming to Chicago. Here's the process from a Texan that lives twenty miles from the border and I've talk to state BP, Fed. BP and State guard. The viewers have seen this on TV, as these illegals come across the river they stay in the Federal control area for processing. If they make the mistake (which happens everyday) of stepping into Texas, they are deported for entering Texas Illegally. They tell the Fed. BP where they want to go and are put into lines for the buses going to that area. The state has them sign consent forms prior to getting on that bus and for FEMA reimbursement. The other thousands are loaded up on white Blue Birds and taken to the airport and flow out to the cities across the country. Hope this helps to understand the transportation process from the Texas border.
