I remember when the little boy doll came out. There was a doll called Baby Alive and you fed her baby food and she pooped. I cant imagine what the insides of that doll looked like after a few feedings.

I think the technique of rolling up the paper is named Quiling or something close to that. Fun owl 🦉

The framed owl art is made with Paper Quilling. I used to make lots of custom art using quilling. I remember hearing that it's an English art form that was started by monks a couple hundred years ago. Very time consuming form of art!

Hope they do not make baby dolls that do number two. I have seen toddlers that play in it and even try to put into their mouths…NO! That man had some very interesting items. So nice seeing Barb! People always comment about her talking herself out of a purchase but after seeing her home, Barb buys lots of great items…she has style.

I love watching you and Barb. I think the glass piece you picked up and didnt know what it was was a shrimp. Curled up with the little orange strips like shrimp have lol. The paper picture is called quilling and its actually very difficult to get the hang of. That picture was done by an experienced quiller.

Those prices are really fantastic. I love grape items. Now they are out of favor so I’m finding items cheaper. One day they will come back. I have a Maxwell picture just like that. Colors look better on mine. Those screw bottom s & p shakers are fantastic.

Unfaded, top condition Maxfield Parrish prints are absolutely beautiful. I have around 30 Parrish prints in my collection. Take a look at minty examples.....he was known for his "Parrish blues" in his original art works, many of which were turned into prints.
