Thanks a lot for your vids, they have been helpful. With the light you are having trouble with on 4:32, I found it easier if you aim at the wall the light is attached to. Sort of like a basketball, if you aim at it correctly, you should end up on the neck of the lamp.

It is the extended quickbar option, F2P only get the double bars at the bottom, whilst preferred players and subscribers get the ones on the side as well.

Yes, I just got here, and it was the second one down for me. Fortunately, after No. 2 failed, I immediately tried 2 (the number immediately above), and it worked.

@IITheBigsII It's a setting in the user interface menu of your preferences. At high levels, you'll find that you'll more than likely need these bars, and it's possible to bind them to certain keys, so you can be super effective with all your abilities. I'm a clicker, though, so I just click those abilities for PVP stuff.

@thehunattila1 those lvl 30 ish mobs are from the bonus quest series you unlock them, after you completed all your quests in nar shadaa there will be a quest giver in the spaceship departures (not the daily heroic one)

On the aim +3 datacron, when you get to the small platform right before the datacron, I noticed that you don't have to jump on it - you can walk around the ridge of it and get on the cable that goes right to the datacrons with no problem.

the 3rd one here (str) is a nightmare - my toon constantly overshoots the pipe bit you said YOU had issues with. I've currently 'given up' to save the life of my monitor lol. Myabe I'll go back to it at some point. Btw - best vids ever - good explanations and MAPS!

Datacron maze number three at 4:15 ... I fell a million times. This is the hardest datacron in the whole game. Makeb datacron was a piece of cake.. the ridiculous crate jumping one on hoth was even easier than this. Most frusterating datacron ever.

I beg to differ. Makeb sucks all the way down. I agree that the datacron at 4:15 is annoying to get. I fell many times too. But when you fall you don't die, and you don't have come back from the end of the world to start over again. Endurance datacron in Makeb is a pain in the ass, full of tricky jumps that when you fail you're doomed, literally.

@gweari Yes, all neutral planet Datacrons are in the same locations for both Empire and Republic.

If you're level 25 like me, for the +3 cunning datacron you will agro the sentry back directly below the console to get to the incinerator room, no matter what you do. Since you're in combat you cant get into the room The way to get around this is to evade bug them. Jump into the little alcove next to the incinerator terminal and they'll evade bug out and you can get through :]

@thehunattila1 This area is part of the Nar Shadaa Bonus Series quest line, similar to Taris or Tatooine, you get a quest at higher level when you're leaving Nar Shadaa to go back in for higher level quests.

When you get to the +3 Strength in Shadow Town you need to either turn of sprint if you jump straight to the gray light or hug wall and turn on walk to jump a shorter distance.

To make the small light on the strength datacron easier, turn your character backwards and jump backwards with sprint OFF. works every time. ;D

@thehunattila1 That zone is for the bonus quests, wich you will recieve only after you've completed the main quests on the planet, and they are intended for groups of ppl, not single player, this is a mmo after all :o

@iLLituracyT its the Bonus quest series area. Once you hit 30 or so you can do those quest. Kinda like taris had a bonus quest series (i beleive every planet after taris has bonus quest line)

I have found that using the "walk" command ( / ) can really help with walking along pipes.

@DetourK First thing's first. Turn off sprint. Sprint may seem like it'll make you jump further and higher and all those wonderful things, but in reality, it just makes the jump a bit harder to do. If you turn it off, you have more time to RUN AND JUMP, rather than JUMP AND NUDGE FORWARD. If you press W before your jump, you'll jump further. Sure, that may seem like an obvious thing, but you really want to make sure that you're running BEFORE jumping, even if it's an inch. Hope you get em.

for the 3:43 pipe jump make sure to be as far back as you can before falling on the pipe and make the jump from there otherwise you hit the lamp before even jumping just when you are plase press w and right away jump, i did it this way and worked

@thehunattila1 actually its part of the bonus series that most planet have. sort of a "going back" to quest line when you a bit higher level.

@thehunattila1 it has lvl 30 mobs on a planet that's 20-24 for the bonus series of missions. Other planets like Hoth, Belsavis and Alderaan have you returning there at later levels to do them instead of some of the others like Balmora that begin as soon as you've completed the main planetary story arc.

@Berengier817 After talking with some members in my guild, and some people from the Empire, both Republic and Empire side can confirm that you can get this datacron, along with the others on the neutral planets. So, I'm not sure whether or not the area is level restricted, or if it was just a minor problem on your end. If the problem persists, try making a ticket to clarify with BioWare on why you can't reach this datacron, because you should be able to.

At about 4:20 for Strength +3 you can just walk along the wall to jump on the light.

@iLLituracyT If you actually look on the map at the beginning of the video, you said you were in the Nikkto sector. Just south of that is the Corellian sector. I can't get into the Nikkto sector from the Corellian sector. However, the Aim one for Empire has us ride one of those flying hover cars up to it in the Corellian sector.

for the Fire room datacron, the numbers are never the same, they randomly change each time u enter that room.

The number changes. There are three possible numbers that work and only one or two appear on the list...so the number changes each time and so does its slot.

4:30 That jump you have to do there just seems so off to me. Its like i hit something everytime i jumo and then fall straight down. This is more of extreme precision than jumping "puzzle". And the game is not designed for those things.

@iLLituracyT The thing is, I can't get into that area. It's off limits to me. Like, there are certain areas on the Republic side off limits to the Empire and vice versa. If you search on here for Nar Shaddaa Datacron Empire you will see there are a few different Empire Datacrons on Nar Shaddaa. I actually got them all last night and none were set up like any of these.

I found out that the shadow town datacron is easer if you jump at a diagonal with the pipe and the light, until i did that i always overshot the pipe or the light.

Playing other games like GW2 makes SWTOR feel too clumsy and non-responsive in terms of controls to have jumping puzzles. I feel like a dyslexic trying to read Shakespeare trying to get my character to jump the way I want hm to.
