@@AKANT664 If you mean by moving it through the app you can’t you have to manually move it using your hands, also check if the ribbon cable holding it up is loosen.

There's no label. It's the large plane covering nearly all that isn't a path or a gap between paths. Scratch the lacquer to uncover the copper, or tap into one of existing pads connected to it, like the pin of the LED closest to the edge of the board.
