First of all,that guy the 'not a minecraft expert' doesnt have any idea what he is talking. You are true brother when you said he is just dumb and just doing this for clouts,attention. Illumina,in my opinion are the most pretigious minecraft player ever and absolute greatest of all time. He is insane. His skills are just amazing. I dont even have the count of how many record he held before. Not using F3 and just figuring out what direction he is facing and which way to go by just the block breaking animation? Who still doing that and getting a freakin world record? Imagine what time he would have achieved if he use the F3 and every other meta available now to the max to his advantage? I cant even imagine man. He is a legend. Illumina cheating? Lol. Those who holds shit like this against him is pure dumb. And those who is whinning Illumina is getting special treatment,please get 10+ world record first like Illumina and then you can be angry why you are not getting the special treatment. He accidentally had fabric api running in his run but still his run is verified because definitely he didnt cheat. Illumina was the official moderator for minecraft lol. And Mojang themself sponsored Illumina to a flight ticket so that he can participate in a tournament and he freakin won that like the legend he is for god sake. Not all but a lot of kids nowadays like to just follow everything their favourite youtuber without thinking or any research,just blindly follows it and accept it as the truth. And also delusional af. What a time to be alive. Damn. And also,i laughed so hard untill i teared when i heard you laughing at the end there where that guy said Illumina is the largest virgin lol. Lol the fact that the ocean is 60% of the minecraft world so its more common to find an ocean stronghold that the normal one

No strongholds are not meant to spawn in oceans thats why you rarely see strongholds in oceans even tho they covered like 60% of minecraft biomes

True, but if you really wanna pin point the exact locations, you can always remember what specific blocks and characteristics surrounding area. In my Valentine seed speedrun, I remember exactly where everything was with No f3. Knew where EXACTLY to dig down, and where to build the portal.
