Yeah XD. Birth by Sleep is my favorite game of the series. I think it has the best Command System ... DDD was just confusing sometimes. Even though it was similar.

Nevermind just play as an Unversed. I just beat Iron Imprisoner I right after clearing Ventus's first world and getting Illusion-V from there. My strategy: Ragnarok until MAX lock is impossible, Illusion-V, rinse, repeat. Illusion-V actually dealt pretty good damage by itself while refilling my Focus Gauge with it's base attack + finisher. Again, nevermind just play as an Unversed. _Own_ as an Unversed. Seriously, the Illusion commands may as well be considered to be some kind of more complex but powerful-when-used-right extension command that gives your character i-frames for almost it's entirety. If it's damage that breaks the Illusion then your character gets left wide open to that very same attack the instant the Illusion breaks. So there's an opening there but really now, nothing Cure or Curaga won't get you out of. I probably wouldn't recommend tackling secret bosses with Illusion commands since if they're going to make you absolutely require Second Chance and Once More they're probably going to break Illusions lightning-fast, but pretty much everything else Illusion commands are awesome for ^^

Very sneaky attack on the foes... Impressive! So when you're in illusion mode, you don't take damage but it drains the D-Link gauge, right?

Ah, now that is one move that can save you in a tight pinch! Especially when you're doing it on critical mode! Also, do you have to complete the game once to unlock critical mode (same with KH2FM?)

***** There is no need to beat the game once to unlock it. The only game requiring the player to beat the game once on any difficult, in order to unlock Critical Mode, is Dream Drop Distance.

I see... I'm About to get Dream Drop Distance for the 3DS so I'll be up to date with the series! However, I still don't trust Riku in being the Keyblade master but that's my own opinion. Possibly I think Sora is the true Keyblade master on my view. If not, never mind.

The fact that you said "less hard" instead of "easier" actually shows how both bosses are similarly hard. It took me around the same amount of attempts to beat them (without using tornado as Ventus), but, using mines, Vanitas Remnant is certainly somewhat "easier". It's still really hard tho.

You can but its bad in captain hooks boss fight cuz if you get knocked in water the illusion will insta end
