if you're getting this in color not in black here's the steps to fix it: first set your project color on cmyk, then when you're making your ingredient click on your black color and tone its K down to 55, as the result you get a gray look rather than black and then apply halftone effect.

Simply thanks would not be enough great work mate! When I'm using the Color Halftone effect, it distorts the color spectrum into RGB instead of Black and white chunks. Any solution?

doing things that you mentioned doesn't work for me. when i click invisible geometry all shapes are dissappearing .
