The airdrop? Started 5/28 for everyone. Testnet ends when the main game goes live on 7/25. 10% of the airdrop pool goes out during beta. 90% will begin being handed out on 7/25. We don't know how long it lasts.

That's not really how this works. They are free to go catch. It's a test server. There is no benefit for anyone to just send you some.
