I've watched the video and not once have I heard a verse from the Quran which meant this derived purely off of narrations which at any time could be tampered with. On top of that the Pact of Umar was passed, because of historical events. Muslims and Christians were at war and naturally when an area is under foreign occupation that's what occurs. The Germans and Japanese in ww2. The Spanish Inquisition these are all events of war and when one side occupies another they constitute laws that may seem too "sensitive" to the secular connected countries we live in.
