I was born in Iloilo in 1950.My parents moved to Bicol then to Baquio then finally to Manila.When myDad passed he was 35.My mom took us to the U.S.Louisiana when I was 16.I still have my two sisters Ligaya and Ramona and my first cousin Diana Payne there.Tho' i did not communicate w/them i thought of them often and they were always in my heart!Mabuhay!

Im from Davao and was first time in Iloilo for a monthlong OJT back in 1999. Namangha ako sa linis and the Ilonggos were so sweet. Halong kamo!

sana i restore yung mga heritage buildings dyan at yung mga gagawin pang mga bagong building ay Spanish colonial o Neo Classical ang design at d lalampas sa 3 or 4 floors lang para may harmony n aesthetics....yung mga high rise buildings sana sa Iloilo IT or Business Park itayo....panatiliin ang European ambience ng downtown Iloilo city

Calle real building owners should maintain the beauty of their buildings. Wag iasa lang lagi sa LGU. Gaganda pa naman sana ng mga old buildings if maintained ang paints nila. Other than that, i love cycling around the city. Kahit city sya, relaxing magbike sa open and green spaces nya at di ganun kadelikado magbike compare to other cities

Sana pinturahan na lng ng makulay yng mga old shop building para maganda naman sa mata tingnan sobrang dumi na kasi parang ilang dekada ng di man lng hinugasan at binago ang pintura.

I've seen other videos walking in which the walkways of downtown Iloilo were often crammed with sidewalk merchants. Guessing that you were out and about quite early.

Only the new business district and the esplanade are very nice but the rest of Iloilo are still the same old Philippines. Not much improvements there.
