From my personal experience, I can tell you that this worked like a true miracle! I played like an idiot in my high school gym where we'd play in teams, and most times I wouldn't even try defending, let alone playing offense, but I did this over the summer of this year, and I've entered my junior year as an absolute god! I still have to work on my defense, but I can really play offense now thanks to this drill that helped me get my dribbling in shape. Definitely practice this every day, best thing is you don't have to do this only for 5 mins you can go up to even an hour if you're dedicated!

My guy. If you weren’t playing defense or offense wth were you doing before ?
@thetree64812 жыл бұрын
@@dell7013 I was but in terms of offense I used to pass the ball to my teammates and I tried to avoid defending since my teammates were usually closer to the person with the ball I'd just leave it up to them to go for it and I'd kinda just stay by the hoop

I've got some guys who I hoop with in the gym at my work who are in that 5'3"-5'5" range and not only do they have vicious handles and shooting, but they're menaces on defense too bc it's so easy for them to get their hands into the dribble pocket cleanly. turn your weaknesses into strengths!
