I've been able to increase my vertical jump easily using an awesome program. I can't post the link here but you can find it on my channel To anyone who wants to increase his vertical jump as well: - Focus on exercises that target the muscles used in jumping, such as squats, lunges, calf raises, and deadlifts. Incorporate both bodyweight exercises and weighted exercises to build strength. - Plyometric exercises help improve the power and explosiveness of your muscles. Include exercises like jump squats, box jumps, depth jumps, and bounding in your workout routine. - Work on your jumping technique to optimize your performance. Practice jumping with proper form, including using your arms to generate momentum and landing softly to reduce impact. See you guys when you reached your vertical jump goals!

From my personal experience, I can tell you that this worked like a true miracle! I played like an idiot in my high school gym where we'd play in teams, and most times I wouldn't even try defending, let alone playing offense, but I did this over the summer of this year, and I've entered my junior year as an absolute god! I still have to work on my defense, but I can really play offense now thanks to this drill that helped me get my dribbling in shape. Definitely practice this every day, best thing is you don't have to do this only for 5 mins you can go up to even an hour if you're dedicated!

My guy. If you weren’t playing defense or offense wth were you doing before ?

@@dell7013 I was but in terms of offense I used to pass the ball to my teammates and I tried to avoid defending since my teammates were usually closer to the person with the ball I'd just leave it up to them to go for it and I'd kinda just stay by the hoop
