Dr…. I was watching your talk on Hemalytuc anemia. My cousin has a case that they have not been able to get under control for 15 month. They’ve tried Prednisone and Rituxan. prednisone and Rituxan with an anti rejection drug ( azithiprine?) It dips faster each time and they can’t seem to get it under control. Other than the spleen do you think she should have a better look at her heart valves?

I have question for you over lungs. does idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis damaged both of lungs or one lung?
