Very good video….. sir…. I am 55 years old…. Attained menopause at the age of 49. I had mammogram and sonogram in 2019 December because I had left breast pain the upper quadrant. It was normal study.(same problem I had after delivery….. I was given vit E)… I became alright. Now I have the same kind of pain in left breast upper quadrant, no palpable mass….. no other breast changes. What to do sir? Please advise…..
