But since that is NOT the case - then why is this "a victory for Russia"? People in Russia are correct in their assessment, that this doesn't matter to them and doesn't directly relate to their lives, because it's true. I don´t think the name of the US president matters, the deep state will remain in charge. Although it seems to me Russia´s roll in the world is getting bigger as that of America is diminishing. The crazier the US president is, the more countries will prefer to cooperate with Russia. How´s life standard in Russia? Is it not better than 20 years ago?
